When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  To exchange an item, please follow the guidelines to return the item, and then purchase a new item in a separate order.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@morphomarket.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Standard shipping to the United States is free for orders over $50. All other orders have a flat rate standard shipping fee of $8 in the United States. International shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Morpho Market is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (unless otherwise noted) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow 3-8 days from when you receive your shipment notification for your package to arrive.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@morphomarket.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If you would like to make changes to an order placed, you may do so if you have not yet received the shipping notification email. Typically, this means you’ll have between 1-3 business days to make changes by contacting us at support@morphomarket.com. Please reach out to us as soon as you recognize that you need to make a change to your order. We will work with you as best as possible to amend it.
Morpho Market is currently based in New York, NY. We are primarily an online retail store, though you may find us at local pop-up shops or markets from time to time.
No. Morpho Market is a curator of handmade, small-batched goods from independent artisans. Our goal is to connect these makers with an expansive audience that appreciates their work, and to inspire this audience with fresh and unique designs from emerging artists.
